Zeedith can you make the "comment on bill yap yap yap yap" say the name of the bill so that no one has to hunt down the law with a system no one uses?

Maybe at some point. It wouldn't be a hard change. Just annoying to dig through the mess of tg.zerr.cc's codebase.
