Current Title: Sign up process for the economy once it launches

Current Content: How you'll sign up for the economy has been decided! It'll be just a username and passcode, but then you have to verify your economy account with your voter code and reddit username, it'll check the voter code and username set against an internal database of voter codes and scan your reddit account then automatically approve you if the code and reddit profile look good. If not it'll be manually reviewed by a member of the balance team.
