Based on the data, I'd rate MinecraftGuy7401 an 8 out of 10. He's a dedicated and active member of the community, having served on the council twice and contributing to several important bills. His work on the Anti-Corruption Papers and the Social Medicine Corporation also demonstrate his commitment to making a positive impact on Quixim.
